By accessing or using TextSuite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TextSuite is an AI-powered text transformation tool that allows users to rephrase, fix grammar, change tone, translate, and summarize text.

3. User Accounts

You may use certain features without an account. To access expanded features, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

• Free: Limited to 5 transforms per day and 1,000 characters per request.
• Pro ($6.99/month): Unlimited transforms and characters. Billed monthly via Stripe.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the account page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service
• Use automated scripts to access the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all text you submit. The transformed output is yours to use as you wish. TextSuite retains no rights to your content.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TextSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
